José Julián Blanco Dalmau graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University in 2007 and completed his Juris Doctor at the Inter-American University School of Law in 2010. Attorney Blanco Dalmau worked in the law offices of Aponte & Rivera were he gained experience in civil, corporate, commercial, criminal and bankruptcy law. Thereafter, Attorney Blanco Dalmau worked in the Oil & Gas Industry in West Africa and participated in different international conciliation and arbitration proceedings. While in West Africa Attorney Blanco Dalmau advised clients with regard to corporate, commercial and labor training matters. When returning to Puerto Rico, Attorney Blanco Dalmau worked in the law offices of Attorney Freddie Pérez González were he acquired legal experience in civil litigation, appellate practice and commercial as well as corporate litigation in both state and federal courts.
Attorney Blanco Dalmau is admitted to the practice of law before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and its lowers courts, as well as the United States Federal District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Attorney Blanco Dalmau is also a Notary Public.
